Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (Afghanistan’s electric utility company) employees played volleyball as part of a team-building exercise Dec 11. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers provided training to the DABS employees in early Dec. 2012 that enabled them to learn how to use bucket trucks to repair and replace power lines.
