Copyright Infringement in Gardeshgar Monthly Magazine نقض حقوق مولف در ماهنامه گردشگر

Gardeshgar International Tourism and Hospitality Monthly magazine published my photo without my permission and against my will. My image was copyrighted under Creative Commons License (by-nc-nd) meaning that:
Attribution. You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor.
Noncommercial. You may not use this work for commercial purposes.
No Derivative Works. You may not alter, transform, or build upon this work.
Unfortunately, Gardeshgar Monthly violated all of the above. There was no attribution, they used it in a highly commercial monthly magazine, and they somehow modified it. In this single issue, they used at least fourteen more photos from other Flickr members. It seems that they do not like to pay for photos; they just hire someone to surf the Internet, mostly Flickr, and choose some free photos for them. In addition to the photos, even the text of their article is a copy-and-paste of two Wikipedia entries (i.e. Tabriz, and Blue Mosque); again without any references to the information sources.

ماهنامه بین المللی جهانگردی و هتلداری گردشگر عکس مرا بدون اجازه و بدون رضایت من چاپ کرده است. عکس من تحت لایسنس (مجوز) کرییتیو کامنز منتشر شده بود. استفاده از این عکس آزاد است مشروط بر اینکه نام عکاس ذکر شود، از عکس استفاده تجاری نشود، و عکس هیچگونه تغییری ننماید. ماهنامه گردشگر هر سه مورد فوق را نقض کرده است. جالب اینکه تنها در همین شماره مجله حداقل چهارده عکس دیگر نیز از سایر اعضاء فلیکر چاپ شده است. از بین تمام عکسهای این شماره، تنها یک عکس دارای نام عکاس است، آن هم عکسی است که عکاس آن همان عکاس اختصاصی مجله است. علاوه بر عکسها، حتی متن مقاله بالا نیز، بدون ذکر نام منبع، از دو مطلب ویکی‌پدیا انگلیسی (تبریز و مسجد کبود ) کپی شده است
