Rinspeed is a Swiss automobile manufacturer and tuning designer. Rinspeed specialise in restoring classic cars, and tuning and modifying modern cars (like Porsches and Subarus). They also design exotic concept vehicles for the Geneva Motor Show each year. Rinspeed was founded in 1979 by Frank Rinderknecht.

Rinspeed ist ein kleines Schweizer Unternehmen, das regelmässig auf dem Genfer Auto-Salon mit seinen teils spektakulären Konzeptfahrzeugen und Ideen für Aufsehen sorgt.
1979 gründete Frank M. Rinderknecht eine Firma, um Geld zu sparen beziehungsweise Mofazubehör zu günstigem Preis zu bekommen. Daraus entstand ein Unternehmen, das sich im Weiteren vom Importeur für Sonnendächer zur Vertretung für AMG (1982) und für AC Schnitzer (1988) entwickelte. 1981 stellte Rinspeed das erste viel beachtete Konzeptfahrzeug vor: den Rinspeed Aliporta, einen VW Golf mit Flügeltüren. 1983 folgte als nächster Schritt ein Porsche 959 in Targa-Fassung.
Seit 1991 präsentierte Rinspeed jedes Jahr mindestens ein neues Konzept- und Sonderfahrzeug. Zwischen 2002 und 2005 zeigte Rinspeed vier Fahrzeuge, wovon drei aus Umweltschutzgründen mit Erd- beziehungsweise Naturgas betrieben werden.

Vitesse Rosé – the name says it all. On the one hand, Vitesse means velocity in French and therefore already the basic model of the Bentley Continental GT Speed is an epitome for swiftness. On the other hand, Rosé is the dominating colour of the luxury coupé which is only offered in a limited edition of three cars.
For already more than 20 years, the company MANSORY which is located in the village Brand in Bavaria stands for high-class tuning and is the top address when it comes to extravagant refinement of British luxury automobiles. The main focus are mainly visual modifications which enhance the dynamic character of the cars. The company owner, Kourosh Mansory already follows this trail with the newly designed Vitesse Rosé which now celebrates its world premiere at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
The exclusive MANSORY aerodynamics package sets benchmarks in quality and appearance. On the one hand, the car body components made of PU-RIM perfectly integrate into the original design, but also render a significant dynamic style. Front- and rear apron in connection with the side skirts form a unit and do not only present a visual and colour-coordinated refinement. LED daylight running lights which are integrated in the front apron render additional passive safety and in combination with the carbon fibre bonnet they enhance the dynamic look of the two-door car. In addition, the component parts optimise the air duct over the car silhouette which renders positive effects on the handling. The necessary extra downforce can be attributed to the carbon rear lip which perfectly flows into the shape of the boot lid and prevents any troubles with the traction

Extravaganter Blickfang in unvergleichlicher Qualität Das exklusive Mansory Aerodynamikpaket setzt Maßstäbe in Qualität und Optik.
Die aus PU-RIM gefertigten Karosseriekomponenten integrieren sich einerseits passgenau in das ursprüngliche Design, setzen aber andererseits deutliche sportliche Akzente. Front- und Heckschürze in Verbindung mit den Seitenschwellern bilden eine Einheit und zeigen nicht nur farblich optische Raffinesse. In die Frontschürze integrierte LED-Tagfahrleuchten sorgen für zusätzliche passive Sicherheit und betonen mit der Sichtkarbon-Motorhaube den dynamischen Anspruch des Zweitürers. Zeitgleich optimieren die Anbauteile den Luftstrom über die Fahrzeugsilhouette, was positive Auswirkungen auf das Handling hat.

The Bugatti Type 57 and later variants (including the famous Atlantic and Atalante) was an entirely new design by Jean Bugatti, son of founder Ettore. Type 57s were built from 1934 through 1940, with a total of 710 examples produced.
Most Type 57s used a twin-cam 3257 cc engine based on that of the Type 49 but heavily modified by Jean Bugatti. Unlike the chain-drive twin-cam engines of the Type 50 and 51, the 57's engine used gears to transmit power from the crankshaft.
There were two basic variants of the Type 57 car:
The original Type 57
The lowered Type 57S
The Type 57 chassis and engine was revived in 1951 as the Bugatti Type 101 for a short production.
A rediscovered Type 57 sold for 3.4 million euros at auction on 7 February 2009 at a motor show in Paris

Der Bugatti Type 57 ein von Jean Bugatti, dem Sohn des Firmengründers Ettore Bugatti, designtes Fahrzeug. Insgesamt wurden 710 Fahrzeuge der Type 57-Baureihe von 1934 bis 1940 produziert. Ein 1936er Type 57 SC gilt derzeit als teuerstes Automobil der Welt.[1]
Die meisten Varianten der Type 57-Baureihe verwendeten einen 3257 cm³-Reihenachtzylindermotor mit zwei obenliegenden Nockenwellen.

Den tiefergelegten Type 57 S
Das Chassis und der Motor des Type 57 wurde 1951 für den Bugatti Type 101 wiederverwendet.
